What we collect

We collect only the data you send us through the contact form: your name, your contact details (phone or e-mail) and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run web analytics and we do not build user profiles.

Why we use it

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Who we share it with

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our mailbox via a third-party form processing service. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google.

How long we keep it

We keep commercial correspondence for as long as necessary for our relationship with you and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations. If no contract follows, we delete messages after three years at most.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to the e-mail address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.ro).
